Pro Clean Lakeland, LLC ("Pro Clean Lakeland," "we," "us," or "our") operates procleanlakeland.com and provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Lakeland, Florida and surrounding areas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

When you request a quote, book or pay for a service, call, text, or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, gate code (if you provide it), property details (such as whether the space has running water and electricity), preferred contact method, your text-message consent choices (with the date and time and the wording you agreed to), and anything else you choose to tell us.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and the providers listed below automatically collect device and usage information. This includes IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, ad-campaign (UTM) parameters, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers. These tools load when a page opens:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): measures how visitors use our site. Sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*.
• Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing (Google LLC): records when someone who clicked our ad requests a quote. It also lets us show our ads to people who visited our site when they later use Google and partner websites. Sets cookies such as _gcl_au and Google advertising cookies (for example on doubleclick.net and google.com).
• Our website platform (an AI-powered website builder) website analytics: our website platform's first-party page-view statistics.
• Google Maps (Google LLC): displays our service-area map. Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC): delivers the fonts used on the site. Google receives your IP address.
• Hosting and security providers (such as Cloudflare): deliver and protect the site and may set a security cookie (for example __cf_bm).

We do not use session-recording or "screen replay" tools, and we do not capture what you type into forms for analytics.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your requests and prepare quotes
• To schedule, perform, bill for, and follow up on cleaning services
• To send service texts and emails (booking, payment, reminders, and review requests)
• To send follow-up and promotional messages, but only if you agreed to receive them
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, including showing our ads to past visitors
• To prevent spam, fraud, and misuse, and to meet legal obligations

4. Text messages (SMS)

We send texts through our provider, Twilio, only to people who agreed to receive them (for example, by checking a box on our quote form) or who texted us first. Service texts and promotional texts are separate choices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We send texts only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. your local time.

When you opt in to text messages, we record your IP address, browser and device information, the date and time, and the consent wording you agreed to, and keep them as proof of your consent.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with service providers that help us deliver our messages. 5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that process it for us: Our website platform (an AI-powered website builder) (website platform and analytics), Supabase (database and form processing that stores quote requests), Twilio (text messaging), Stripe (online card payments), Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps, and Fonts, as described above, and email delivery), and our hosting/security providers

When you pay online, your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We never see or store your full card number or security code; we keep only the payment record (amount, date, and status) and a Stripe reference number. If you choose to keep a card on file for future cleanings, Stripe stores it, and we use it only to charge for services you have agreed to.

• As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business

6. Your choices and opt-outs

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link or contact us.
• Google ads personalization: https://adssettings.google.com (Google Ad Settings)
• How Google uses data from our site: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
• Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work properly if you do.

Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals or Global Privacy Control signals.

7. Data retention

We keep lead and customer information as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, and resolve disputes. After that we delete it or remove identifying details. Text-message consent records are kept for at least as long as we may text you, plus the period required for legal records. As a guide: quote requests that never become a booking are deleted or de-identified within 3 years of our last contact, and customer, invoice, and payment records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Your rights).

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Contact us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
