SMS Terms
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Program
Pro Clean Lakeland, LLC ("Pro Clean Lakeland") sends text messages to customers and prospective customers in Lakeland, Florida and surrounding areas. Messages are sent through our texting provider, Twilio.
Types of messages
- Service (transactional) messages: if you check the service text box on our quote form, or text us first, we may text you about your quote, booking and scheduling, payments and receipts, appointment reminders and arrival updates, and a request to review us after your cleaning.
- Promotional (marketing) messages: only if you separately check the promotional text box, we may text you follow-ups about your quote request, special offers, and seasonal reminders. Promotional texts may be sent using automated technology. Up to 4 promotional messages per month.
These are separate choices. Checking one box does not sign you up for the other.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You can also reply STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and then no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
Help
Reply HELP for help, call 863-668-1755, or email procleanlakeland@gmail.com.
Quiet hours
We send texts only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time. Replies to messages you send us are the only exception.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage.
Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as Twilio), and only to send our messages. See our Privacy Policy at procleanlakeland.com/privacy-policy.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
